30s horror- start with sound – mix it up collect sounds then edit.

setting: lift? mirrors. // punch bag? human punch bag.

:fight club horror– ancientn cult fight club, best fighters- only made of champions but they all disappear at some point in their career. they hang themselves in the gym- owner is the cult leader. if you lose you hang yourself back in the gym to become a punch bag. new recruited fighters always wonder why the owner clean the gym so many times, but there is still some pungent smell lingering. Some say it’s the real taste of sweat , blood and tears, others say good smelling gyms are for losers. until i found out for myself.

three headed dog?hallucination

30s- sequence. punch bags , pads and dummies stuffed with humans, training so hard u start hallucinating, sleep deprivation , brain washing, mind cotrol .

sound- punchabg sound ,sniff “hello” “hellooo” — stop punching jsut sniff, – zoom into bag- gasp// dripping water and panick sound// whos this???
